Opportunities

What else Peridot has to offer

Each year Peridot Theatre adds a training and development component into the year's activities - Acting, Stage Management and Lights and Sound workshops to name a few. Peridot sees that the development of skills is critical to the continuing success of theatre in the community. Please check the Calendar page often for upcoming events.

Costume, Furniture, Accessories, Props

Peridot Theatre has an extensive range of costumes, furniture and properties and is happy to hire these out to other theatre companies or individuals. For example, we have artificial grass for hire, as well as the puppets used in Alan Aykbourn's "Seasons Greetings".

If you are interested in hiring any props or costumes from Peridot Theatre or if you have any costumes, props or accessories that you would like to donate to the theatre group, please contact Chris Bartle on (03) 9887 5868. Pease note, if you would like to donate an item of furniture that storage space is at a premium, and so we do ask that any donated furniture be serviceable.

Donations

Peridot Theatre's funding comes from what we raise within the theatre group from ticket sales, fundraisers and donations - we are not funded by Arts grants etc.
Monetary donations will be used towards increasing the standard of Peridot productions and making the theatrical experience better for our patrons.

You may donate to the company by cash donation, simply by adding a little extra to your "Friends of Peridot" annual subscription, or perhaps think about a bequest to the company in your will.

If you would like to assist Peridot Theatre by making a donation to the company, please contact Damian Jones, our Treasurer, by This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
